Building momentum requires us to be:
- Persistent: we can professionally check-in, follow-up and sync with our customers to help push toward goals.
- Consistent: we can be a reliable presence with our customer actively involved in their business.
- Resilient: achieving goals requires commitment to staying on task. We can handle setbacks and show our customer we are with them all the way.
- Organized: we need to know where we are now and where we are going together.
- Insightful: what new ideas can we work on with our customer to move successfully ahead?
CSMs can be the momentum builders customers need to push forward.
